Delivery times and shipping charges

We aim to dispatch all of our orders within two working(mon-fri) days, regardless of destination.

Please be aware that currently we are not able to ship to every single country, but we will be actively working towards increasing the number of countries we can ship our products to!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY POTENTIAL TARIFFS AND/OR CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE PAID BY THE BUYER DIRECTLY TO THEIR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS AUTHORITY.

UK - Domestic shipping

All orders under £20 within the UK are charged a flat fee of £2 for shipping

For orders £20 and above, we are able to offer free shipping within the UK

The delivery aim for all UK orders is 2 days, but this may fluctuate during busy seasons such as Christmas.

International times shipping

Standard international delivery aim for europe: 3-5 Business days

Standard international delivery aim for the rest of the world: 6-7 business days

Economy international delivery aim 15-80 business days

We are aiming to start shipping to the EU early 2026. Due to the current GPSR rules in the EU, we are having to halt shipping to the EU temporarily.
